The main purpose of this study is to investigate the appealing factors affecting the Tejarat Bank long-term deposits using provincial data through internal and external organizational factors based on Friedmann's demand theory approach. The research method is empirical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of data type. Excel and Eviews9 software were used to analyse the relationships between research variables. The relationship between the desired appealing factors Tejarat Bank long term deposits were summarized. The results found that the number of Tejarat Bank branches in different provinces, provincial per capita income, electronic banking, inflation and the number of facilities granted by the bank; have a significant relationship.
