The effects of perceived organizational support and employee psychological empowerment on job efficiency (Communication Design Consulting Engineers Company)

The purpose of this study is the effects of perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment of employees on job performance. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the Communication Design Consulting Engineers Company. The statistical sample was determined using Cochran's sampling and placement formula for a limited number of 113 people. To determine the validity of this study, experts in this field, including the supervisor and professors of the management group, were asked about the questionnaire and its questions, which confirmed the validity of the questionnaire, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for Perceived Organizational Support (0.815), Psychological Empowerment (0.945) and Job Performance (0.903) questionnaire was found to prove an acceptable percentage of reliability. Hypotheses tests showed that perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment have a positive and significant effect on employees' job performance.
