Abstract

In human resource management, employee recruiting is the process of finding and hiring the best and most suitable applicant for a job in a timely and cost-effective manner. It is a complete process, with a full life cycle, beginning with identifying the company's job needs and ending with introducing the employee to the organization. This research uses a descriptive and library method and examines the existing documents by examining the role of employees recruiting in organizations. When the organization needs changes based on the structure and coordination with new markets and new customer needs, the presence of such capable and competent employees in the organization can make the organization adapt more quickly to new changes. The presence of capable forces and talent management in the organization can be effective in reducing the impact of complexity and environmental changes on the organization and increase its competitive advantage over competitors. In general, it can be said that if employee recruiting is in line with the strategies of the organization and the suitability of the employee with the job is taken into consideration, in long term, it will increase the organizational productivity and thus the growth and development of both the employees and the organization.
